Our very own Phantom!

You too can have your very own Phantom of the Opera!! Just take a curious two-year-old, a preoccupied homeschooling Mama, an unfinished house, and a few minutes of stolen time!! Can anyone guess the last ingredient (what exactly is he wearing all over himself)??

Music Lessons

We are so blessed to have a music teacher who can teach piano and guitar to our kids and is willing to drive out to our house to do it! She and her husband served with YWAM for about five years teaching music and theory and more. They may only be in our area until September of this year, so we are making the most of it! Melissa is our almost 17-year old who is taking piano, and Stephen is 11 and taking beginning guitar.

We stopped at the Vancouver Farmer's Market on the way to the Zoo. It was their opening day. Stephen takes every chance he gets at pavement with his rollerblades!

Nathan

The end of the day wait for the bus to take us back to our car in the overflow parking area. I think riding the bus was a major highlight of the day for Joseph and Nathan. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time even though we had to fight the crowds. (note to self - don't go to the zoo on the first gorgeous day of the year when it's a Saturday and the first day of Oregon's spring break!!)
